Hello there, I'm Alfred, a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist and member of Speech Pathology Australia based in Brisbane, Queensland.

My clinical experience has primarily been within the disability sector, where I have supported children, adolescents and adults with a wide range of communication and swallowing needs. As a former Senior Speech Pathologist, I have worked alongside individuals, families, support networks and multidisciplinary teams to help people achieve meaningful goals and participate more fully in everyday life.

I founded Bene Speech Pathology with a simple vision: to provide high-quality, personalised speech pathology services that place the individual at the centre of their care. I wanted to create a service that prioritises meaningful outcomes, strong therapeutic relationships, and flexibility.

At Bene Speech Pathology, I value family-centred practice, collaborative goal setting, and functional therapy approaches that support the translation of skills into everyday environments. Whether therapy takes place at home, in the community, at school, or via telehealth, my focus is on supporting goals that are practical, relevant and important to you.
